Reflecting on Tuesday’s Agent Day at NETPark

This Tuesday, NETPark welcomed both national and regional agents to the park for an opportunity to see our existing facilities and the newly completed expansion.

With our £100 million development now ready for occupation and over 250,000 sq ft of new space available, the event offered a practical way to share the latest progress and discuss how the site is continuing to develop.

The weather was favourable, which helped the visit run smoothly. Attendees toured a range of buildings across the park, including the new expansion units, and the feedback received on the day was positive. Many commented on the usefulness of seeing the full range of space available and how it aligns with the needs of science, engineering, and technology businesses.

We were also pleased to welcome Matt Lee, National Science & Tech Specialist for Carter Jonas, among the visitors. Having national specialists alongside regional agents provided a broader perspective and helped highlight how NETPark is viewed across different parts of the market.

The event came together through a coordinated effort from the whole team, ensuring that guests were able to gain a clear and accurate understanding of what NETPark can offer. Their engagement and willingness to share information about the site is appreciated.

As NETPark continues to grow, days like this help strengthen awareness and support conversations with organisations looking for high-quality space within a well-established science and technology environment. Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to the day.
