Set within NETPark’s parkland setting, the Discovery buildings have been designed with many sustainable credentials.

The NETPark Discovery buildings each offer approximately 1,900 m²  space making it an ideal choice for companies either graduating from the NETPark Plexus, research and development groups or expanding science, engineering and technology companies looking to relocate at this prestigious science park.

BREEAM standard in a picturesque parkland setting

Set within NETPark’s parkland setting, the Discovery buildings have been designed with many sustainable credentials such as solar panels and angling the buildings away from the sun to cut down on solar gain and thus reduce the need for air conditioning and achieve ‘BREEAM’ excellence rating under the current assessment methods.
