NETPark-based Redditch Medical has been acquired by Schülke & Mayr GmbH, a global leader in infection prevention and hygiene solutions.

The move strengthens Schülke’s Life Science portfolio and expands its cleanroom contamination control capabilities for pharmaceutical and biotech sectors worldwide.

Redditch Medical, known for its InSpec® range of disinfectants and detergents, will now operate as part of Schülke’s Life Science division. The acquisition brings together complementary expertise in sterile cleanroom solutions, technical validation services, and manufacturing excellence.
