NETPark-based RED Scientific Ltd has been formally recognised by the Ministry of Defence with the prestigious Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Gold Award.


The award celebrates the company’s sustained commitment to supporting the Armed Forces community through its workplace policies and practices.


Representing RED Scientific at the official ceremony were Armed Forces Champion James Howdle, Chief Engineer Neil Allcock MBE MSc CEng, and Senior Safety Engineer Chris Olive, who accepted the award on behalf of the wider team.


The ERS Gold Award is the highest level of recognition granted by Defence Relationship Management (DRM), acknowledging employers who demonstrate outstanding support for reservists, veterans, and military families. RED Scientific’s achievement reflects its proactive engagement with the Defence community and its advocacy for closer collaboration between industry and the Armed Forces.


RED Scientific joins a select group of 2025 Gold Award recipients, reinforcing NETPark’s reputation as a hub for organisations committed to excellence, innovation, and social responsibility.
