This post involves the provision of property and building support services to help deliver customer-focussed management of the NETPark group of buildings managed by Business Durham.
You will advise the Property Support Officer & Deputy Manager of any cleaning, maintenance, mechanical issues on site and action accordingly – checking all remedial works have been carried out appropriately.
