The Reception & Office Manager is a key operational role within Filtronic plc, responsible for setting the standard for front-of-house professionalism and ensuring the effective, well-governed day-to-day operation of the office.
As the first point of contact for the business, the role combines senior reception responsibilities with office leadership, executive support, travel and meeting coordination, and oversight of workplace experience. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy and judgment, acting as a trusted point of coordination for senior leaders and supporting facilities-related coordination and activities when required.
