The BIC SME Innovation Programme – Flexible Programme is to be part funded by ERDF and therefore this procurement is being carried out in line with the ERDF 2015 to 2020 procurement regulations and will follow the latest guidance issued by MHCLG. These regulations are designed to maintain competitiveness and fairness across the EU. In practice this means that this contract requires a formal invitation to tender with a level of advertising sufficient to allow a level of competition, potentially from another member state (if the contract award might potentially be of interest to suppliers located in other Member States).
You are invited to submit a quotation for the delivery of The Flexible Programme. The Flexible Programme will be offered to SMEs and alongside the current SME Innovation Programmes core activity. Specialists providing 12 SMEs, 12 hours of external socialist support delivered through a pre agreed plan spanning a maximum of six months. The purpose of this additional support is to develop an SMEs ability and confidence to innovate independently with the one to one advice from the innovation specialist.
