Set within NETPark’s parkland setting, the unit has been designed with many sustainable credentials such as solar panels and angling the buildings away from the sun to cut down on solar gain and thus reduce the need for air conditioning and achieve ‘BREEAM’ excellent rating under the current assessment methods.  The fit out in each unit is applicable for science and technology use.
