Land Development Opportunities

Strong public-sector support and immediate land availability have created a unique environment for investment and development driving R&D and technology commercialisation at NETPark.

NETPark is a key location in north east England linked to the national High Value Manufacturing Catapult through The Centre for Process Innovation’s (CPI) national flagship facility for printable electronics.

This, and the presence on-site of two of Durham University’s most advanced research groups combine to offer any technology business investing in NETPark the opportunity to co-locate with two of the UK’s major technology drivers.

It also means that the demand for specialised development space – office, laboratory or cleanroom, small or large – will gather in momentum as the benefits of these facilities make themselves felt in the form of new, highly commercial technologies and products.

NETPark offers a number of opportunities for investment and development centred on individual development plots ranging from 1 to 4 acres, underpinned by communications networks, high-tech R&D facilities, a skilled workforce and access to finance.
