Cimpol Limited Cimpol Limited

Cimpol Limited is a start-up company that has developed a thermoplastic coating process for the flexible packaging and composites industries. Our machinery can coat highly viscous hotmelts (e.g. 100,000 CPS or 200 Melt Flow Index) in extremely thin layers down to 1 micron.

The process was originally designed to replace the solvent and water-based coatings prevalent in flexible packaging with convenient and inexpensive high-performance thermoplastic materials. The technique supports pattern printing of highly-filled polymers at high speed and is suited to various electronic and structural polymer applications.
